Our specialist team are minimum IMaPS/NEBOSH qualified, providing proactive occupational and construction related services.  We ensure our clients' in-house teams, external consultants, and supply chain, manage and comply with their duties under legislation and regulations, and remain safe during construction and occupation.

Our innovative approach reduces costs throughout the life cycle of an asset.  We are skilled at getting the best out of duty holders, developing specific and proportionate procedures which are much more than ticking checkboxes, and avoiding red-tape.  We have developed standard best practice and tailored client specific BIM solutions and software to carry out H&S services on small, medium and large projects.

Client CDM Advisor or Consultant

Our skilled H&S team provide clients with 2015 Regulation Compliance through proportionate CDM Advisor or Consultancy services to help them establish management arrangements and discharge their CDM Client duties under the regulations.  Services include:

  • Provision of Client CDM Briefs at inception

  • Compilation of Pre-Construction Information (PCI) containing surveys, investigation and other information from existing H&S Files, to issue to the design team.

  • Establishment of management arrangements, including reviewing capability of designers and contractors, monitoring and reporting arrangements etc.

  • Review of Construction Phase Plans (CP Plans)

  • Health & Safety File reviews

Principal Designer

We provide Principal Designer (PD) and Advisor to PD services to clients and designers in a proactive manner, resulting in practical design risk management that is the core objective of the current regulations.  As PD we get ‘the right information to the right people at the right time’ whilst adopting ERIC (Eliminate, Reduce, Isolate or Control) risk mitigation principles.

Our practical CDM design risk management makes buildings safer to construct, occupy, maintain and ultimately demolish.  Our CDM design risk approach reduces construction, occupation and maintenance costs, by making sure designers consider ERIC early enough during the design stage to influence the design, avoiding control measures to manage any residual risks.
