Since appointment as Primark’s first external Project Managers in 1999, Monaghans has gone on to deliver well in excess of 200 projects for this progressive retailer.

With multiple roles across several international markets, we have been vital to the rapid and successful expansion of this successful brand.

As well as process development and Programme Management roles, Monaghans has provided Project Management, Cost Management, CDM and Building Surveying Services on a range of new store fit out, extension, refurbishment, new concept and re-purposing schemes.
