Monaghans acted as Employers Agent, Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on the project with Urban Developments, Urban Construction and Brewster Bye Architects to create 88nr high specification studio apartments.
The new student accommodation block, with self-contained rooms with en-suite facilities, student social areas which consist of gym, study rooms, and a cinema room, situated on the site of a former vacant building on Merrion Street, Leeds.
We are Principal Designer (PD) and CDM Advisor (CDMA) for the fit out works on new M&S build Food halls and Full Line stores along with Renewals (refurbishment and extensions of existing stores including shell works).
Provide embedded resource roles on the Planned Asset Investment (PAI) and Store Environment workstreams as PD and CDMA.
Monaghans also support the Construction H&S Team with training, policies and procedures and system updates.
Monaghans provide Cost Management support for the roll out of the iconic Ivy Cafés and Brasseries across the UK, including the refurbishment of the existing estate.
The extension and connection to the existing headquarters complex to provide an additional 50,000 ft² of production facility, 13,000 ft² two storey office accommodation including directors' suites, welfare and sanitary facilities together with a two storey link building of 4,600 ft² incorporating new reception facilities, breakout areas and informal meeting space.
The demolition of the existing derelict public house and commercial building on a constricted city centre site to form 229 fully furnished one and two bed PRS apartments with undercroft parking and shared amenity spaces including workspaces, courtyard and roof terraces.
The project included the strip out and refurbishment of legacy CAT A space in central London to create new head office, including workspace, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, business lounge and partner catering facilities for John Lewis Partnership.
The conversion of two existing buildings for Little House Groups latest family club and nursery. This included providing a bespoke jungle gym & soft play area, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, kids' cinema, fitness studios, treatment rooms and dedicated spaces for pre-teens.
Mongahans has been appointed to deliver our cost and project management services on the fit out of Victoria's Secret standalone stores.
This new concept design features enhanced digital touchpoints and an overhaul of the look and feel with both softer lighting and colours.
