Monaghans provided Cost Management, Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent duties under a Contractor Design & Build contract for the refurbishment of Rotherham Transport Interchange and multi-storey car park. 

SYPTE invested £13.2m to repair and refurbish the concourse and bus runway facilities including replacing all finishes, platform glazing and bus boarding automatic doors, as well as the provision of new seating and information hubs. The reinforced concrete multi-storey car park required significant repairs and the full redecoration of all surfaces incorporating multi-colour demarcation of parking bays, walking routes and refuge areas.
