Monaghans were appointed by Trivselhus to undertake the Project Management and Quantity Surveying roles on this new build project of 56 plots comprising houses and apartments.

The services undertaken have included all aspects of roles including, selection of tenderers, issuing of tender documentation, selection of main contractor, chairing site meetings, approval and issue of Contract Variations, cost reporting, valuation of the works and agreement of Final Account.
