Goldlight Limited commissioned Monaghans to compile a reinstatement cost assessment on several properties across the UK. Our role included provisions to inspect the property and issue a fire insurance report, stating the likely costs of rebuilding the property to its original specification, to acquire the correct insurance.
Following discussions with the client, Monaghans provided two reinstatement figures for both a like-for-like replacement and a modern replacement. This allowed the client to review and budget for the desired specification.
The report was completed to a short time frame
Cost breakdowns were acquired and provided alongside the report to quantify the cost of reinstatement
Elemental breakdown provided splitting the costs into warehouse, canopy, basement and external works
The client’s needs were adhered to and provisions were included within the revised report as requested
