Monaghans provided Cost Management services for a Cat A+/B+ fit out to form new luxury office suites including two retail spaces at ground level. The building was historically home to the exclusive women-only Empress Club, purpose built for the opening of the club in 1887 and inaugurated by Queen Victoria. 35 Dover Street has now fully been restored into a best-in-class office building.
