Merrion Street, Leeds a brand-new Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) building.
We were appointed to provide cost management, project management and health & safety consultancy on this exciting residential project.
This included the construction of a single mufti-storey structure of varying heights (5, 7 and 9 storey) containing 88 self-contained rooms with en-suite facilities, student social areas which consisted of study rooms, cinema room and a gym.
Our H&S consultancy included principal designer and CDM role, enabling us to support the client in successfully handing over of this High-Risk Building (HRB) during the transitional period of the BSA Act 2022.
The doors opened and welcomed its first influx of students in September 2024.
