Appointed to provide our project management services on the Livorno, Italy store with works consisting of shell monitoring during the developer phase of works, the fit out of new store, including shopfront and external works. Alongside new finishes throughout, MEP services to suit layouts, cash desks, fitting rooms and centre floor equipment which included both fixed and loose furniture.
The Chester, UK store was a refit project which consisted of project management of updating the cash desks to their latest standards, new fitting rooms, new perimeter systems and centre floor equipment. Alongside new internal signage with finishes refresh to the sales floors and management offices.
