AESSEAL Phase 5 Expansion Project

Our involvement in the industrial and commercial sector continues to go from strength to strength with the recent completion of the AESSEAL Phase 5 Expansion Project at their global headquarters in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

We provided cost management services on this landmark building which links into their existing facility.  This included construction of a new state-of-the-art 40,250ft2 production facility, 34,425ft2 office/welfare accommodation and 6,000ft2 link building to the existing complex incorporating the new reception facility. Also included was significant external hard and soft landscaping works providing a site perimeter nature trail and break out area to improve staff well-being.

The project was also shortlisted for the 2024 Sheffield Design Awards, where votes are now live for the People’s Choice Award.
