Las Iguanas at The Lexicon

Since it opened last Monday, happy diners have been flocking to Las Iguanas at The Lexicon shopping centre in Bracknell. The Lexicon customers have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the popular restaurant chain, with Las Iguana’s Latin American cuisine perfectly fitting visitors’ demand for something different.

Las Iguanas offers customers a range of dishes from Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Argentina, as well as an exciting tapas menu. Diners can also enjoy the restaurant’s famous cocktails and mocktails, including the two for one offer available on ‘Happy Days'.

Monaghans have played a vital role in the fit out of the 343m² unit in The Lexicon, Bracknell, providing cost management services and delivering the project on budget. The 8-week construction programme included fitting 98 internal covers, 22 bar covers and 20 external covers.

Monaghans are delighted to have completed another successful project for Las Iguanas and are looking forward to completing more projects for the popular restaurant chain in the future.
