Quality Management

An external quality management assessment from the globally recognised BSI has resulted in a glowing report for Monaghans. The report dated 18th September 2012 emphasised that “the [quality] management system is well established and managed by [Monaghans]” and bolsters the service we deliver to our clients, concluding that “There is good evidence of well controlled processes and procedures in place covering all relevant functional areas of the business”. No nonconformities were found and Monaghans received full re-certification of ISO 9001:2008.

The ethos instilled throughout Monaghans is one of commitment to the needs of our individual customers and the delivery of innovative tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The independent assessor observed that “Customer focus is monitored by the company and all staff within the company understand the requirements set out by the customer” and established that “[Monaghans] is committed to delivering projects to meet the customer requirements and focuses on providing a quality product to meet the customer specification”.

At Monaghans we work extremely hard to keep our clients happy. We have long-established relationships with many big names and their loyalty and commitment to us speaks volumes. The report notes that “…staff are aware of the required standards to maintain the quality the company expects for its customers” and that “regular communication between the company and its clients is strong and is used to identify any potential issues and prevent them from becoming a problem”.
