Who We Are

Our mission is to be the most innovative and unique Built Environment Consultancy, admired by our clients, colleagues and peers.

Established in 1975, Monaghans have grown organically alongside our diverse client portfolio, providing service excellence to become one of the most respected value-adding consultancies across multiple property sectors.

With a network of offices across the UK and a number of established strategic partnerships internationally, we are able to exceed our clients' requirements, servicing their needs with expert teams who are overseen by our passionate and innovate leadership team.

What We Do

Monaghans provide core services of Cost Management, Project Management, Programme Management, Building Surveying, and Health and Safety Consultancy to multiple construction sectors.

Added to the above we provide a large number of specialist services to support our clients through project conception, design, procurement, delivery, and post completion into maintenance.

All of our services are tailored to our clients' individual needs and draw on our vast experience, to give best in class results that deliver tangible value and certainty of outcome.

Our People

Our people strategy allows us to attract and engage staff at all levels that passionately support our Vision, Mission and Values, resulting in successful delivery for our clients.

Our unique training programme develops all of our staff from apprentice through to Director level, and our flexible approach alongside our challenging and varied workload, with opportunities for progression, helps maintain a motivated and expert workforce.

The in-depth knowledge developed by our people, and their ability to adapt and communicate, promotes sustained relationships with our clients and other partners.

A team approach is fostered by our people working alongside our clients and their wider supply chain to deliver enjoyable, inspiring journeys resulting in truly unique results.

With hands-on Director involvement from inception to set the strategic direction of a project, and the most expert project delivery team relative to specific client needs, our services are seamless and integrate perfectly with our clients' businesses.

Our Communities

We are committed to supporting both the local communities in which we operate and the wider Built Environment Community.

From our commitment that all staff take a minimum one day paid leave annually to support local community projects, to business-wide initiatives and organised charity events, we make a real ongoing time investment to benefit communities locally and nationally.

Add to this the many projects we have provided services on that have provided real community benefit, and our apprenticeship programme and local employment initiatives, and we offer a truly holistic community enhancement.

Our key professionals also sit on many panels and provide training and support to clients, universities and other organisations, giving back to the Built Environment Community that we engage with every day.
