Early Stage Works at Oakcroft Mews

Early-stage works have commenced at Oakcroft Mews on Fulwood Road in Sheffield, where an existing nursing home is being reconfigured and fully refurbished to provide 14 Nr. high quality apartments for sale. The apartments are positioned within an attractive, character, stone property dating back to the 19th century, set within generous grounds in the heart of Ranmoor.

13 of the luxury apartments will be accommodated in the main block, however the remaining apartment is being converted from the old Coach House, which is a separate detached structure and was previously used as the reception for the nursing home.

The development, which Monaghans are providing Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services for, is scheduled for completion in March 2022 and is already proving popular with buyers.

The images below indicate removal of glazed extension at the rear exposing upper floors and internal walls, construction of extensions, exposed foundations where underpinning is required, internal areas following strip out and the building frontage.
