Learning and Development at Monaghans

We make sure people feel at home from day one. When you join Monaghans, a colleague will be assigned to help you from the start with everything from setting up your IT system, introducing you to everyone in the office and generally showing you the ropes.

We realise that continued investment in our people is essential for us to maintain and enhance the quality of our business. We want our people to improve their technical knowledge and professional skills and will do everything possible to facilitate this. To give just some examples of the areas in which we are supporting programmes: professional qualifications, chartered qualifications, technical training, commercial and business skills, management and leadership development and numerous software courses (Microsoft Office and a range of technical software). This is all facilitated through our in-house business school - The Trebbi Business School.

The Trebbi Business School provides all employees from across Trebbi with the opportunity to develop their potential through access to, and participation in, a range of learning and development opportunities. Within the business school, six key areas of development are offered to support the Trebbi programme of lifelong learning.

We also offer full support and training towards the assessment of professional competence (APC) for those looking to achieve the Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) accreditation.

Furthermore, for those considering a career in quantity surveying, our UK business offers a comprehensive apprenticeship programme which gives structured learning and development to apprentices of all ages and backgrounds.
